We are seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our showroom team and ensure smooth operations while maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Job Duties:

· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales staff in the showroom.

· Assign tasks to team members, prepare work schedules, and manage showroom operations efficiently.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

· Authorize and process payments, exchanges, and returns as per company policies.

· Oversee inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely restocking of merchandise.

· Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, visual presentation, and displays to reflect company standards.

· Train new sales staff on company policies, customer service expectations, and product knowledge.

· Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.

· Prepare reports on sales performance, product merchandising, and employee-related matters.

· Perform key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the showroom and managing daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

· Completion of secondary school.

· Knowledge of construction related projects and being able to read blueprints.

· 1 year of relevant experience.

· Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

· Knowledge of flooring products and materials is an asset but not mandatory.
